Purchase Policy
FINAL SALE POLICY:
All sales from Zetlands Design LLC, doing business as Wilson Studio ("Wilson Studio"), are final. Upon submission of a design order via email, you (the purchaser) acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this policy. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations shall be permitted after the order has been confirmed, except in the event of damages incurred during the delivery of physical goods or materials (see below).
ORDER ACCURACY & PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY:
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all product details, dimensions, and specifications prior to finalizing the order. Wilson Studio will not be held liable for any inaccuracies provided by the purchaser, and the purchaser will bear any costs associated with corrections or modifications due to such inaccuracies.
PRICING & SURCHARGES:
Prices displayed on WilsonStudioLA.com are subject to change without prior notice, based on factors such as market conditions, industry-wide price fluctuations, and supplier charges. While freight and shipping estimates are included in the checkout process, any additional shipping costs incurred by third- party carriers or surcharges that arise will be added to the final invoice.
SALES TAX:
Applicable sales tax will be added based on the purchaser's delivery address. Any new taxes or fees introduced after the time of purchase will be added to the final invoice.
SHIPPING & INSPECTION:
All items must be thoroughly inspected upon delivery. Any damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and reported to Wilson Studio within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence. Failure to report damage within this timeframe will result in a waiver of your right to a claim, and the sale will be considered final.
CLAIMS & DAMAGES:
In the event of damage during shipping, the purchaser must follow the above inspection procedure to qualify for a replacement or refund. Wilson Studio will not be responsible for damage that is not reported within 24 hours or for any claims related to product use or improper handling after delivery. Claims will only be accepted if supported by photographs and documentation upon delivery. Returned items must be in their original packaging and box.
LIABILITY LIMITATION:
Wilson Studio’s liability is limited to the total purchase price of the items sold. Under no circumstances will Wilson Studio be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, losses related to business interruptions, lost profits, or any indirect losses incurred by the purchaser. This limitation of liability applies to any claims arising from the purchase, shipping, or use of the product.
RETURN POLICY (for damaged items only):
If an item is found to be damaged upon delivery, the purchaser must follow the claims process outlined above. Accepted returns for damaged items are subject to restocking fees, shipping, and handling charges, unless otherwise determined by Wilson Studio. Returns or refunds will not be provided for reasons other than product damage during shipping.

By placing an order via email, online, or through any other means, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, as well as any additional terms displayed on WilsonStudioLA.com. These terms apply to all purchasers, including but not limited to interior contractors, designers, and third-party clients acting on behalf of end customers.
